Out of Basic, Standard and Comprehensive services, which car service should I choose?
Based on the total distance your car has travelled since the last service, you can choose from the
following service provided:
1) Basic Service- Every 5,000 kms. or 3 months whichever is earlier.
2) Standard Service- Every 10,000 kms. or 6 months whichever is earlier
3) Comprehensive service- Every 15,000 kms. or 12 months whichever is earlier.

From where does Raasta procure its car parts?
We only use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and OES (Original Equipment
Supplier) genuine and standard spare parts for your car.
How can I book a service appointment for my car?
You can make the booking through our Raasta Application, which is available on IOS and
Android devices.
What is an extended warranty?
When you buy Raasta's Extended Warranty, the company offers you a primary warranty
which covers the car components for 12 months against any manufacturing defects.
How many extended warranty plans does Raasta offer?
You can choose between two extended warranty plans for your car:
- Engine Transmission Warranty- This warranty covers Engine, Automatic and Manual Gear box for 12 months
- Comprehensive Warranty- This warranty covers Suspension and Steering, Braking System, Fuel System, Diesel Injection System, Air Conditioning, Electrical System along with the parts covered in Engine & Transmission Warranty.
How much does the extended warranty cost for a car?
The cost of extended warranty varies with every make and model variant. You can get an
estimated cost for Raasta extended warranty after detail inspection of your vehicle by our
experts, which you can book on our Raasta application.
Are any high value parts covered under the warranty?
Yes. The warranty offers coverage for your car's high value parts. Parts covered include
suspension and steering assembly, engine and transmission, Struts and Shock absorber etc.
Warranty is not applicable on general wear and tear of parts.
Can I only visit the Raasta Garage from where I purchased the warranty for warranty repairs?
No, As long as you visit an Authorized Raasta Service Centre you can claim warranty repairs
Will my car's primary warranty and extended warranty expire when I sell my car?
No, all the products under Raasta Warranty can be transferred to the next owner of the
vehicle.
